Root Beer Freeze

Go buy a jug of Designer Whey powder(vanilla) some low carb(Dannon) vanilla yogurt and a six pack of diet root beer.

Mix 1 scoop whey
1/2 C yogurt
One can diet root beer
A few ice cubes

Blend in a blender.

5 G Carbs!

3 Pounds in 2 Days!

I never really expected to lose anything in 2 days, but with Kimkins I have! I'm really interested in what I can lose by September. This is a rather easy plan, and very straightforward. Any questions that come up, are easily answered by looking through the Kimkins website, especially the forums.

Menu for today:
Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 cup of decaffeinated green tea.
Lunch: 2 cups mixed green salad, Italian spritzer dressing, 4 oz boneless pork chop
Dinner: 2 cups mixed green salad, Italian spritzer dressing, 4 oz boneless chicken breast

Aiming for at least 100 oz of liquids.
